Job Title: Executive - Operations Excellence

Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Executive to join our Operations Excellence department. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role and possess strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The Executive will be responsible for driving operational excellence initiatives and ensuring that processes are streamlined and efficient.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement in operational processes
  • Develop and implement strategies to streamline operations and improve efficiency
  • Analyze data and metrics to monitor performance and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Lead projects to optimize processes and drive continuous improvement
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met and objectives are achieved
  • Provide regular updates on project status and key performance indicators to senior management
  • Facilitate training sessions and workshops to share best practices and promote a culture of operational excellence

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations excellence or a similar role
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools
  • Six Sigma or Lean certification is a plus
