About the Role

The Category Associate supports the end-to-end operations, learning experience, and growth of the category. You will work closely with the Category Manager, teachers, and centre teams to ensure high-quality sessions, smooth execution, and excellent parent and student experiences.

Ideal for someone early in their career with strong ownership, a growth mindset, and a passion for shaping young learners.

Key Responsibilities

Teacher Support & Coordination

• Assist teachers in understanding and executing session plans and classroom expectations.
• Maintain strong communication with teachers and help foster teamwork, clarity, and alignment across centres.
• Support with scheduling, attendance tracking, session readiness, material management, and ensuring teachers have what they need to run strong classes.

Substitute Teaching

• Step in to conduct substitute classes across centres when required.
• Maintain familiarity with lesson plans, curriculum, and teaching methods of the category.
• Ensure continuity of learning and maintain session quality during teacher absences.

Training & Development Support

• Help organize teacher training sessions and support the implementation of training content.
• Provide on-ground assistance to teachers to help them implement new skills, activities, and curriculum updates.

Curriculum Execution & Quality Control

• Support the Category Manager in deploying curriculum, preparing materials, and ensuring teachers follow the designed session plans.
• Observe classes periodically to ensure quality standards are met and report insights for improvement.

Feedback Collection & Insights

• Gather feedback from teachers, students, and parents after sessions and events.
• Document observations and share structured insights with the Category Manager for ongoing improvements.

Operations & Growth Support

• Assist in planning and executing category events, showcases, demonstrations, and workshops.
• Help track enrolments, attendance, parent feedback, and session quality metrics.
• Support centre teams with requirements related to the category.

Student Interaction

• Engage hands-on with students during classes, events, and substitute sessions to ensure high-quality experiences.
• Build familiarity with student needs, learning styles, and category-specific classroom dynamics.

Who are we looking for (Ideal Candidate)

1. 0–2 years of experience (freshers welcome).
2. Passionate about categories like
   Music, Public Speaking, Robotics or Art & Design
   .
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Growth mindset with the ability to learn quickly and adapt.
5. High ownership and willingness to take initiative.
6. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work with different teams.
7. Comfortable stepping into teaching roles when required.
