Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Thane for a Dra Collection Telecaller. The primary responsibilities include contacting customers to collect outstanding payments, managing customer queries, and maintaining accurate records of all conversations. The telecaller will also ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, and achieve collection targets set by the management.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills in Kannada, Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, English, and Malayalam
  • Experience in customer service and voice processes
  • Knowledge of banking processes and collection practices
  • Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills
  • Ability to maintain accurate records and documentation
  • Proficiency in managing and utilizing customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Attention to detail and high organizational skills
  • Prior experience in telecalling or collections is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree is preferred
