What You'll Do

  • Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Partner with the CEO and leadership team to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Provide financial insights to support strategic decision-making and long-term planning.
  • Oversee the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, and financial models.
  • Ensure variance analysis between budgeted and actual financial performance.
  • Optimize resource allocation to drive operational and cost efficiencies.
  • Drive efficiency in working capital management and debt management processes.
  • Implement technological interventions to streamline financial operations.
  • Enhance financial reporting and ensure timely closure of accounts.
  • Lead and mentor the finance team to build a high-performance culture.
  • Ensure alignment of team goals with the organizations vision and objectives.

Educational Background

  • Chartered Accountant (CA) or Cost Accountant (CMA) certification(Essential)
  • Masters degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration (MBA), or a related field(Preferred)
  • Minimum 18+ years of experience in senior financial leadership roles.
  • Proven track record in strategic financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting within global or multi-location organizations.
  • Extensive experience in managing compliance and regulatory frameworks across domestic and international markets.
  • Expertise in working capital management, debt management, and cost control strategies.
  • In-depth knowledge of financial reporting standards and statutory compliance requirements (taxation, PF, ESI, GST, etc.).

Strong understanding of corporate governance, risk management, and internal control.
