We are looking for an Intermediate Software Developer to join our dynamic team and contribute to the development of high-performance applications.

About The Role
We are seeking a seasoned Lean Management Coach with deep expertise in Agile methodologies and SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) to drive transformation and continuous improvement across our organization. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker and hands-on practitioner who thrives in dynamic environments and is passionate about enabling teams to deliver value, efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coach teams and leaders on Agile principles, Lean thinking, and SAFe practices.
  • Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and coaching engagements to build internal capabilities.
  • Assess current processes and identify opportunities for optimization and waste reduction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align Lean and Agile practices with business goals.
  • Lead Lean transformation initiatives across departments, embedding a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Support Agile Release Trains (ARTs) and support PI Planning, Inspect & Adapt workshops, and other SAFe ceremonies.
  • Develop and implement metrics to measure the impact of Lean and Agile initiatives and evaluate productivity improvements.
  • Act as a change agent, fostering a mindset of experimentation, learning, and growth.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in Lean Management, Agile coaching, or related roles.
  • Proven track record of implementing SAFe and Agile frameworks in complex environments.
  • Strong facilitation, mentoring, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) certification or equivalent is highly desirable.
  • Deep understanding of Lean principles, value stream mapping, and continuous improvement tools.
  • Experience working in enterprise-level transformations and coaching at all organizational levels.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
