Job Description:

  1. Identify and monitor government and private sector Sheet Metal Machinery tender opportunities (through portals like GeM and other state government tender portals).
  2. Analyse tender documents and ensure eligibility compliance.
  3. Prepare and compile pre-qualification, technical, and commercial bid documents.
  4. Coordinate with cross-functional teams (engineering, finance, procurement, legal) for document inputs.
  5. Maintain a database of tender submissions, bid outcomes, and feedback.
  6. Liaise with clients, vendors, and authorities for clarifications and bid updates.
  7. Ensure timely submission of tenders and adherence to all contractual requirements.
  8. Participate in pre-bid meetings and site visits as required.
  9. Track tender progress, maintain documentation, and support post-bid clarifications and negotiations.

Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

Work Experience: Proven experience in Engineering Equipment / Machine Tools tendering.

Skills Required:

1. Familiarity with government e-procurement portals.

2. Strong knowledge of tender procedures, bid preparation, and documentation.

3. Excellent organizational and project coordination skills.

4. Proficiency in MS Office (especially Word and Excel).

5. Strong communication skills—both written and verbal.

6. Ability to manage multiple tenders and deadlines simultaneously.

7. To travel as per business needs.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20, ₹35,000.00 per month
