Role Title- B2B Manager Marketing (Pathology Business)

Role Summary - We are seeking a dynamic B2B Manager to join our Marketing team, responsible for developing and executing strategic business development initiatives to increase wallet share from existing clients. This role focuses on driving growth across the pathology business by spearheading strategic initiatives, collaborating with specialty teams, and enabling market expansion.

Working with- Marketing Head / Business Units

What the role entails Key accountabilities/ responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and implement strategies and products to expand

our B2B client base within the healthcare sector.

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key

stakeholders including hospitals, nursing homes, local pathology

labs, and other healthcare entities.

  • Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities,

and challenges in the pathology and healthcare sectors.

  • Analyse business data to provide actionable insights, supporting

Business Unit teams in decision-making and strategic planning.

  • Collaborate with the digital marketing team to develop strategies

leveraging online platforms for B2B partnerships and enhanced

brand visibility.

  • Work with marketing teams to create targeted sales and marketing

strategies aligned with business goals, integrating digital tools and

analytics.

  • Define, monitor, and report on performance metrics related to business growth, partner satisfaction, revenue targets, and digital engagement.

What we are looking for in you

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare

Administration, or related field; Masters degree preferred.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales or business

development, ideally within healthcare or pathology sectors.

  • Strong knowledge of the healthcare industry including regulatory

and compliance aspects.

  • Proven ability to develop and execute successful business

development strategies.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Leadership capability to motivate and guide teams towards business

objectives.

  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Essential - Bachelors degree
