HVAC - Project Manager / Asst Manager / Senior Engineer / Field Service Engineer

Job Summary:

Ø We are seeking a highly motivated Liquid Cooling Project individual to lead the design, development, and implementation of advanced liquid cooling systems for Data Centers.

Ø The candidate shall have a strong background in Thermal Management, Fluid dynamics and project coordination, with hands-on experience in Engineering complex cooling solutions.

Experience

Ø 
Engineer
:
Bare Minimum 3 to 5 years of Experience in HVAC
piping design, project execution in Chilled Water piping, plumbing, Primary & Secondary pumps, thermal storage, accessories & HVAC control Systems

Ø 
Senior Engineer
:
Minimum 5 to 8 years of Experience in HVAC
piping design, project execution in Chilled Water piping, plumbing, Primary & Secondary pumps, thermal storage, accessories & HVAC control Systems

Ø 
Asst Manager
:
Minimum 8 to 10 years of Experience in HVAC
piping design, project execution in Chilled Water piping, plumbing, Primary & Secondary pumps, thermal storage, accessories  & HVAC control Systems. Minimum of 4 to 6 team member team management skills

Manager / Team Leader
:
Minimum 10 to 15 years of Experience in HVAC
piping design, project execution in Chilled Water piping, plumbing, Primary & Secondary pumps, thermal storage, accessories & HVAC control Systems. Minimum of 8 to 10 team member team management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Deliveries

Ø Lead liquid cooling system projects from concept to completion.

Ø Participate in project meetings and provide design input.

Ø Coordinate cross-functional teams including mechanical, electrical, and manufacturing Engineers.

Ø Review and approve designs for accuracy and compliance.

Ø Manage Project timelines, Budgets and Deliverables.

Ø 
Design / execution knowledge on HVAC Chilled water piping / Plumbing / Fireline piping execution experience
.

Design & Development

Ø Lead the design and development of Chilled Water piping systems including pipe sizing, layout, and material selection.

Ø Perform complex hydraulic calculations and analysis to ensure system performance and efficiency.

Ø Develop 2D/3D CAD models and engineering drawings using tools like AutoCAD, Creo & Revit.

Testing & Validation

Ø Create Test plans, simulate and validate cooling performance against system requirements.

Ø Analyse test Data and iterate designs for performance improvement.

Ø Ensure compliance with industry and safety standards.

Service & Operations Skills

Ø Strong knowledge of Heat transfer, Thermodynamics and Fluid mechanics.

Ø Understanding of the Control systems and Sensor integrations.

Ø Excellent communication, organizational and documentation skills.

Ø Preventive Maintenance, Implementation of Bulletins, Troubleshooting and resolve complex issues at field level within SLA.

Ø Mentoring / Developing the Team members.

Preferred Criteria:

Academic & Experience Qualifications

Ø Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Piping Engineering, or related field.

Ø Strong knowledge of piping codes and standards (e.g., ASHRAE, ASME).

Ø Proficiency in piping design software (e
.g., AutoCAD, Revit, CAESAR II
).

Ø Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

Ø Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

Ø Experience with Building Information Modeling (
BIM) software.

Ø Knowledge of sustainable design principles and energy-efficient systems.

Ø Certification in piping design or related field (e.g., PE, CPD).

Ø Proven track record of successful project delivery.
