Job Title: Academic Operations:Team Lead/ Senior Associate

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Operations Associate to join our

Academic Team. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth, efficient, and effective

operations within our academic department. The ideal candidate will have a passion for

education, strong operational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a

fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Compliance and Reporting: Ensure compliance with academic policies and

procedures. Prepare regular reports on academic operations.

Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in academic operations

and implement effective solutions.

Quality Check and Center Invigilation: Regular checks at the center ensuring that the

Ground team is in accordance with the

Ability to work for long hours and deliver results within a reasonable timeframe to

ensure Business goals are achieved

Qualifications:

Bachelor degree or equivalent

0 year of experience in an operations role, preferably in an academic or

educational setting.

Proficient in MS Office ,Google sheet and academic management

software.

Location: BK Office, Bangalore
