We are a bunch of startup nerds, who have built over 25 MVPs in the last 3 years - and in the process have perfected the art of building an MVP.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts for mobile and web applications using Appium, Selenium, and other automation tools.

- Understand user stories and requirements to create comprehensive test plans and test cases that mimic real-world scenarios.

- Collaborate directly with engineering and product teams to review technical designs and ensure quality across the software development lifecycle.

- Automate repetitive tasks and build new tools/frameworks to improve test efficiency and product quality.

- Debug and analyze software issues, working closely with developers to ensure timely resolution.

- Perform performance and security testing alongside automation efforts.

- Embrace an engineering mindset by working as a full-stack tester (data, services, UI) to cover end-to-end quality assurance.

- Continuously improve test automation frameworks and processes for scalability and maintainability.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- 2-3 years of professional experience in Java or Ruby development.

- Strong proficiency in automation frameworks, particularly using Appium and Selenium.

- Good knowledge and hands-on experience with Cucumber is preferred.

- Experience in mobile application testing and performance testing.

- Solid understanding of software internals and debugging techniques.

- Ability to interpret user stories and develop effective test cases.

- Strong problem-solving skills and passion for automation.

- Experience working in Agile teams and familiarity with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines is a plus.

- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
