About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and entrepreneurial leader to head our Cybersecurity Business in India. This role has full P&L responsibility for the India Cybersecurity business and is responsible for driving profitable revenue growth across new logo sales, farming strategic accounts, leading presales, strengthening sales operations, and ensuring technical credibility with client executives (CISOs, CIOs, CTOs). The Head of Cybersecurity India will shape and execute the go-to-market strategy, build trusted client relationships.

Business Leadership & Strategy.

  • Define and execute India Cybersecurity growth strategy aligned with company goals.
  • Own full P&L for the India Cybersecurity business.
  • Drive revenue via new client acquisition, account expansion, and partnerships.
  • Build and lead high-performing sales and presales teams.
  • Engage with CISOs and executives to establish long-term relationships.
  • Oversee presales, solutioning, and proposals to deliver differentiated offerings.
  • Ensure sales discipline, pipeline rigor, and predictable outcomes.
  • Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure client success and value.
  • Develop India-specific positioning, offerings, and thought leadership.

Sales & Client Engagement

  • Drive new client acquisition, account growth, and strategic partnerships.
  • Build trusted relationships with CISOs and senior executives.

Presales & Solutions

  • Lead presales, solutioning, and proposal development.
  • Position differentiated offerings tailored to client needs.

Sales Operations & Governance

  • Ensure sales discipline, pipeline rigor, and predictable outcomes.
  • Oversee governance, reporting, and alignment with business objectives.

Experience & Qualifications.

  • 18+ years in IT services/cybersecurity, with 5+ years in leadership.
  • Proven P&L ownership and growth of 100Cr+ cybersecurity business.
  • Strong track record in new logo wins and enterprise account expansion.
  • Executive-level engagement with CISOs, CIOs, and Boards.
  • Deep knowledge of India cyber market across BFSI, Manufacturing, Telecom.
  • Expertise in MDR, SOC, IAM, Cloud Security, GRC, VAPT, and related areas.
  • Strong leadership, team-building, and mentoring skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive presence.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with proven ability to scale under pressure.
