Position: Civil Site Engineer

Salary Range: ₹22,000 – ₹26,000 per month

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Civil Site Engineer to oversee construction activities, ensure work quality, and manage on-site operations. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, good communication skills, and the ability to coordinate with contractors, clients, and the internal team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise day-to-day construction activities at the site.
  • Ensure that all work is carried out as per drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
  • Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and suppliers to maintain smooth project execution.
  • Prepare daily site reports, monitor work progress, and ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Manage material requirements and maintain proper stock records.
  • Inspect work quality and ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Assist in resolving technical issues and design clarifications on-site.
  • Liaise with project managers and engineers to plan and schedule work effectively.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
  • 1–3 years of experience in site supervision or construction projects (freshers with good technical knowledge can also apply).
  • Good understanding of construction drawings, materials, and site management.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD will be an added advantage.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
