**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Engineer to join our team. The Site Engineer will be responsible for overseeing construction activities, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations at the construction site.
- Ensure the construction work is progressing as per project specifications, plans, and timelines.
- Supervise and manage construction crews and subcontractors.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor and control materials, tools, and equipment usage.
- Conduct regular site inspections to check for adherence to quality standards.
- Handle any issues or conflicts that arise on-site promptly and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of project progress, labor, and materials used.
- Ensure all works are completed to the required quality, cost, and schedule.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in construction site management.
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and safety regulations.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and blueprints.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations will be an added advantage.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Previous experience in residential or commercial projects is a plus.
- Familiarity with project management software or construction tools will be beneficial.
- Knowledge of the HSR Layout area and its local construction norms.
