Job Description:

JD for the HyperScaler Engineer:

The ideal candidate will have a background in Windows or Linux administration, a strong interest in identity and access management (IAM), and foundational knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP. This role is an excellent opportunity for professionals eager to develop deep expertise in CyberArk Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
4+ years of experience in IT support, system administration, or security operations.
Strong working knowledge of Windows Server or Linux/Unix systems.
Understanding of networking basics, Active Directory, and user authentication protocols.
Exposure to or familiarity with CyberArk tools (PAS, CPM, PSM, PVWA, Vault, AIM).
Basic understanding of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Willingness to work in a 24/7 support model (shifts required).
