Overview About the company Consilio stands as the global leader in eDiscovery document review flexible legal talent and legal advisory transformation consulting services With its Consilio Complete suite of capabilities the company empowers multinational law firms and corporations using innovative software cost-effective managed services and deep legal and regulatory industry expertise The candidate is expected to work in the privacy and compliance vertical within information security team Will be responsible for providing the leadership facilitation planning analysis and design tasks related to the development of an overall secure IAM solution for Consilio Will lead a team of IAM analysts and technicians Collaborates with cybersecurity and technical teams to define establish maintain and manage access and identities This position works closely with IT team members cybersecurity operations and responders business units and third parties Establishes best practice IAM principles and adopts them to support provisioning deprovisioning and changes that are easily tracked reported and reviewed to follow established policies The candidate is expected to collaborate with global business operations and support functions to assess effectiveness of information security controls and provide recommendations for continual security enhancements The candidate should have good communication and presentation skills can work well independently and with other teams and be available for travel on an as needed basis Ability to think clearly and articulate your vision with the appropriate technical depth Responsibilities Provides leadership and daily management of IAM team members including goal setting and performance management Drives planning and execution of identity management roadmaps and technology enhancements Creates and maintains standards surrounding documentation related to identity processes procedure and infrastructure Creation of system security reports by collecting analyzing and summarizing data and trends Assesses current applications and architecture to ensure current implementations align with industry guidelines best practices and management approved standards Qualifications Bachelor s degree 5-10 years management experience in a IT and security-related field Experience or knowledge of Cyber Security Privacy Frameworks such as GDPR HIPAA CCPA NIST ISO 27001 SOC2 Type2 etc Knowledge or experience of identity technologies and concepts Experience of Active Directory Azure AD Single-Sign On SSO and Federated Identities Location Bangalore Gurgaon Hyderabad Why Join Us Be part of a collaborative and innovative work environment Opportunity for professional growth and development Competitive salary and benefits package Contribute to shaping the future of our software development processes Consilio s True North Values Excellence - We strive to make every client our advocate Passion - We DO because we CARE Collaboration - We win together through teamwork and communication Agility - We flex adapt and embrace change People - We value respect and invest in our teammates Vision - We create clarity of purpose and a clear path forward Consilio LLC is an EEO Affirmative Action Employer and does not discriminate on the basis of race color religion sex sexual orientation gender identity national origin protected veteran status disability or any other legally protected status
