-Specialist for project delivery and/or operations in the given business sub -capability. -Partner with Business Stakeholders and DDIT Strategic Business Partners for demand analysis, solution proposal/evaluation and project delivery -Drive operations of systems and applications in scope (both Global and Local), ensuring their stability and integrity and meeting customer service levels.

About the role:

The purpose of the role is to lead the solution design and delivery for RA IT projects and releases based on project portfolio for RA IT domain. Design and deploy Systems in the RA IT domain which meet Business requirements.

Collaborate with Business Users and Admins on future and current demand. Ensure development runs smoothly, drive continuous process improvement, collaborate with various teams along the solution delivery value chain. Interact with all relevant stakeholders to ensure successful solution delivery with standard designs in line with industry best practices.

Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Lead the Solution Design, Delivery and Release Management for projects within RA IT domain
• Participate in fit-gap workshops with business providing effort estimates and solutions proposals.
• Collaborate extensively with your colleagues across Security, Compliance, Engineering, Project Management, Product Management, Product Service Management and Business Management.
• Ensure delivered solutions adhere to architectural and development standards, best practices, and meet requirements as recommended in the architecture handbook.
• Ensure designed solutions are aligned with Data and Analytics strategy standards and roadmap.

• Collaborate with relevant Novartis stakeholders across all project workstreams, project managers, business leaders, IT teams, and external vendors (Novartis Third Party Supplier) so that all project/release key activities are identified, coordinated and dependencies are managed.

• Identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and proactively resolve issues that may project deliverables.

• Communication & reporting: Provide regular status updates to leadership, highlighting key milestones, risks, and resolution strategies.

Desirable Requirements:

• University degree in Information Technology, Computer Sciences, Life Sciences or similar
• 8+ years of hands-on experience in IT Solution Design, Delivery and Release Management / Project Program & Veeva System Implementation (Preferrable: SAP Cutover/ Oracle or any ERP)
• Hands-on experience in solution design and delivery within the RA domain is desirable, and pharmaceutical industry experience is an added advantage.
