Responsibilities

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment for a variety of roles across teams
  • Source, screen, and schedule candidates with speed and precision
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and culture fit
  • Build talent pipelines and maintain a strong candidate experience

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of relevant experience, preferably in hiring agencies or startups
  • Experience in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
  • Strong understanding of HR policies and compliance
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in the fashion or retail industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
