Job Family Summary:

The Manufacturing and Plant Technical Core job family at Procter & Gamble includes a collection of roles focused on ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our manufacturing operations. As part of this job family, you will contribute to maintaining the high standards of quality and safety that P&G is known for.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strictly follow safety & quality standards to provide the perfect quality products to our consumers.
• Able to display skills in manufacturing processes to maintain high-performance production lines.
• Maintaining accurate records and data.
• Assist in executing strategies in team/organization under guidance.
• Participate in the development and implementation of new ideas, techniques, procedures, services, or products under guidance.
• Collaborate effectively within the immediate team or work domain to maximize job impact and personal learning.
• Work under direct supervision, follow well-defined precedents and policies.
• Engage in learning opportunities and assist in change management initiatives for new processes under guidance.

Qualifications:

• Last year/3rd year students with Engineering/STEM background.
• Can work full-time.
• No work experience required.
• Willing to work in rotating shifts.
• Ability to demonstrate problem-solving skills.
• Good collaboration to work with people from diverse backgrounds.
• Vietnamese citizenship only.
