Your role as a P&G LEAD GEN - Process Engineer Intern

• Understand end-to-end supply chain work process, identify top losses, develop, and execute the plan to eliminate the losses via digitalization.
• Develop a seamless data flow and effective communication to the organization via affordable solutions compliant with P&G and regulatory requirements (site scorecard, IWS content template & automation screen, etc.).

Job Qualifications

• Undergraduates that can work full-time from July 2025, with a STEM background (Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical, Environmental, etc.).
• You are an excellent visionary with strategic and fearless leadership skills.
• You display strong teamwork, analytical skills, problem-solving, and a solutions-oriented mindset, especially during issues.
• You have the ability to drive innovation and business growth.
• You have the ability to handle multiple priorities and take initiative while showing flexibility.
• English Fluency (written and spoken).
