Job Description : Project Manager

• Project Planning & Execution: Oversee end-to-end project planning, execution, and delivery for fire fighting system installations. Ensure projects are completed within scope, budget, and timelines.
• Coordination: Coordinate with internal teams (design, procurement, execution) and external stakeholders (clients, contractors, vendors) to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Team Management: Lead and manage the project team, including engineers, technicians, and subcontractors. Provide guidance and resolve any on-site issues.
• Procurement & Logistics: Supervise procurement activities, including sourcing and managing materials and equipment for fire fighting systems.
• Budget & Cost Control: Monitor project budgets, track expenditures, and ensure cost control measures are in place to avoid overruns.
• Quality & Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to quality standards and safety regulations at all stages of the project. Conduct regular safety inspections.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate project documentation, including project schedules, change orders, material requisitions, and client communications.
• Client Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding project updates, meetings, and resolution of issues.
• Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹23, ₹84,422.11 per month
