We are seeking an experienced Mainframe Developer with strong expertise in development, enhancement, and maintenance of enterprise mainframe applications. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in COBOL, JCL, DB2, CICS, VSAM, IMSDB and related mainframe technologies. You will work closely with stakeholders, business analysts, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions for critical business processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze, design, develop, test, and deploy mainframe-based applications.
  • Enhance existing applications and provide production support as required.
  • Work with stakeholders to gather requirements, clarify business needs, and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Debug and resolve performance issues in COBOL, JCL, DB2, and CICS programs.
  • Conduct impact analysis, prepare technical documentation, and participate in code reviews.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile/Waterfall environments.
  • Mentor junior developers and support knowledge transition.
