Key Responsibilities:

· Deliver engaging, effective, and well-structured lectures to students.

· Develop comprehensive lesson plans and study materials for the assigned subject.

· Create and administer tests, assignments, and quizzes to evaluate student progress.

· Provide constructive feedback and personalized mentoring to students.

· Stay updated with the latest syllabus patterns, exam trends, and pedagogical methods.

· Actively participate in faculty meetings, curriculum development, and academic planning.

Desired Qualifications and Experience:

For English Faculty:

· Master's degree in English (MA English) is mandatory.

· B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification is preferred.

· Proven experience in teaching English Grammar, Literature, and Comprehension, preferably for competitive exams.

· Excellent command of spoken and written English.

For General Studies (GS) Faculty:

· Master's degree in History, Political Science, Geography, Economics, or a related field.

· Comprehensive knowledge of the GS syllabus for exams like UPSC, SSC, State PSCs, etc.

· Ability to teach a wide range of topics including Indian Polity, History, Geography, Economy, Science & Technology, and Current Affairs.

· Strong analytical skills and the ability to interlink static and dynamic portions of the syllabus.

For Hindi Faculty:

· Master's degree in Hindi (MA Hindi) with a deep understanding of Hindi literature and grammar.

· Experience in teaching Hindi for academic and competitive examinations.

· Proficiency in explaining complex grammatical rules and literary concepts with clarity.

For Computer Faculty:

· Master's degree in Computer Applications (MCA), M.Tech, or B.Tech/B.E. in Computer Science/IT.

· Strong knowledge of fundamentals like Programming (C, C++, Java, Python), Data Structures, DBMS, Networking, and Web Technologies.

· Practical, hands-on experience with relevant software and tools is highly desirable.
