Job Summary

Operation Theatre Technology Facult
y for our PW IOI School of Healthcare (SOH). The role involves teaching, mentoring, content development, and academic leadership while ensuring high-quality education aligned with university standards

Key Responsibilitie

• s:Deliver offline, live, and recorded classes as per the curriculu
• m.Develop, review, and enhance academic content and assessment
• s.Mentor and support junior faculty member
• s.Supervise lesson planning, curriculum development, and academic project
• s.Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedbac
• k.Collaborate with academic leadership on quality assurance and enhancement initiative
• s.Maintain accurate academic and administrative record

Qualifications & Experien

• ce:Master's degree in Operation Theatre Science/Technology, Trauma Care, Anesthesia Technology, or related fie
• ld.2–3 years of clinical experience and/or 3–4 years of teaching experien
• ce.Strong knowledge of OTT frameworks, curriculum design, and assessmen
• ts.Excellent communication, mentoring, and leadership skil
• ls.Experience with LMS systems and academic quality frameworks preferr
