Job Title: Telecalling Executive

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Telecalling Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling inbound inquiries, generating leads, and providing excellent customer support. If you have good communication skills and enjoy interacting with people, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain products/services.
  • Handle inbound calls and address customer queries professionally.
  • Maintain a database of customer calls and interactions.
  • Follow up on leads generated through marketing activities.
  • Understand customer needs and provide relevant information.
  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.
  • Maintain good relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
  • Provide feedback to the team to improve processes and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal communication skills (English / local language).
  • Prior telecalling or customer service 1 yrs. experience preferred
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
  • Ability to handle rejection and remain positive.
  • Strong listening and persuasion skills.
  • High level of patience and professionalism.

Salary
