Role & responsibilities:
- Referral Network Development:
- Build and maintain a strong database of referring doctors, clinics, and medical practitioners across assigned zones in Bangalore.
- Relationship Management:
- Regularly meet, engage, and follow up with existing and potential referral partners to strengthen long-term relationships.
- Target Achievement:
- Drive patient referral volumes in alignment with monthly/quarterly targets and KPIs.
- Territory Planning:
- Map regions strategically and conduct systematic visits as per planned schedules. Maintain a daily/weekly visit tracker.
- Brand Representation:
- Represent the hospitals specialties, facilities, and consultants accurately to external stakeholders. Address concerns and escalate where needed.
- Doctor Onboarding:
- Facilitate onboarding and orientation of new referral doctors, explaining hospital protocols and key contact points.
- Reporting & MIS:
- Submit timely reports on visits, leads, and referral performance through CRM or reporting systems.
- Coordination:
- Collaborate with internal teams (consultants, front office, marketing, patient care) to ensure seamless patient experience and referring doctor satisfaction
Preferred candidate profile:
- Bachelor's degree in Science/Pharma/Marketing/Business.
- 1-7 years of experience in referral marketing/sales, preferably in a hospital, diagnostic, or Pharmaceutical setting.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English.
- Proven networking ability, relationship management, and field sales experience.
- Knowledge of Bangalores medical ecosystem is a must.
- Goal-oriented, self-driven, and adaptable to a fast-paced hospital environment
- Prior experience in oncology, multi-specialty, or diagnostic lab referral sales.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and hospital MIS systems.
- Ability to travel extensively within assigned zones.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹400, ₹600,000.00 per year
