We are looking for experienced and results-driven Outbound BPO Executive to join our team. As a Lead Generation Specialist, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospects in the USA, qualifying leads, and scheduling appointments or transferring calls to the sales team.

Shift Timing: Night Shift (7:30 PM to 4:30 AM IST) Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers in the USA.
  • Follow a defined script and pitch to generate leads.
  • Qualify prospects based on campaign criteria.
  • Accurately record and update call outcomes in the CRM.
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
  • Handle rejections professionally and maintain a positive attitude.
  • Communicate effectively in English with clarity and confidence.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in an outbound call center (USA campaigns preferred).
  • Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written).
  • Strong persuasive and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable working night shifts (USA time zone).
  • Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
