Role Overview:

We are looking for a
Backend/DevOps Engineer
to design and maintain high-performance backend services and deployment pipelines for AI applications. You will work closely with AI/ML, data, and frontend teams to deliver scalable, secure, and production-ready systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement backend APIs (FastAPI/Flask/Django) for data, user profiles, and real-time events.
  • Develop services to manage real-time data streams with low-latency delivery.
  • Integrate ML inference services with databases and business logic.
  • Deploy and orchestrate components (databases, ML models, streaming, frontend) on local or cloud infrastructure.
  • Containerize applications with Docker and manage orchestration (Kubernetes preferred).
  • Set up CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins).
  • Monitor system performance, uptime, and resource usage.
  • Implement authentication, authorization, and data security best practices.
  • Troubleshoot backend and infrastructure issues.

Requirements:

  • Strong backend development experience (FastAPI, Flask, Django).
  • Solid understanding of REST APIs, WebSockets, gRPC.
  • Hands-on with databases: PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis.
  • Familiarity with streaming protocols (RTSP, WebRTC, HLS, FFmpeg, GStreamer).
  • Strong experience with Docker, Linux deployment; Kubernetes a plus.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions/GitLab CI/Jenkins).
  • Knowledge of authentication, authorization, and data security.

  • Exposure to AI/ML model serving.
  • Experience with monitoring (Prometheus, Grafana).
  • Frontend knowledge (React, Angular).
  • Real-time system performance optimization.
