We are looking for an experienced Security Officer to oversee and manage the security operations at our facility. The ideal candidate will have prior experience as a Sr. ASO, ASO, or from the Army/Paramilitary, with proven expertise in supervising security teams, maintaining records, and conducting training. The role also includes monitoring and ensuring effective housekeeping operations for overall facility upkeep.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise the entire security team to ensure a safe and secure workplace. Train security personnel on:
  • Documentation and registers maintenance (inward/outward register, visitor log, gate pass, etc.)
  • Basic security drills and discipline
  • Firefighting, emergency evacuation, and first-aid preparedness
  • Conduct regular checks of security systems, access control, and perimeter surveillance.
  • Develop and enforce security protocols, SOPs, and emergency response plans.
  • Coordinate with external security agencies and law enforcement when required.
  • Monitor attendance, discipline, and performance of security staff.
  • Report and investigate any security incidents, breaches, or safety concerns.
  • Oversee and monitor housekeeping staff, ensuring proper upkeep of premises, hygiene standards, and timely execution of housekeeping tasks.
  • Coordinate between security and housekeeping teams for smooth facility management.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience as Sr. ASO / ASO / Army or Paramilitary background preferred.
  • Minimum 5–7 years of relevant security management experience, including private security bureau exposure.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Knowledge of fire safety, emergency response, and disaster management.
  • Ability to maintain discipline and high standards of security operations.
  • Good communication and report-writing skills.
  • Exposure to facility and housekeeping monitoring will be an added advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20, ₹40,000.00 per month
