**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Monitor and control access to the premises.

2. Conduct regular patrols of the facility.

3. Investigate incidents and report to management.

4. Ensure compliance with security protocols and procedures.

5. Manage and train security personnel.

6. Coordinate with local law enforcement agencies.

7. Conduct background checks and vetting.

8. Monitor CCTV cameras.

**Requirements**:
1. Diploma/Graduate in Security Management or related field.

2. 2-5 years of experience in security, preferably in an automotive manufacturing environment.

3. Valid security license.

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

5. Ability to work in shifts.

Desirable Skills:
1. Experience with CCTV systems.

2. Knowledge of security software.

3. Fire safety training.

4. First aid certification.
