Description
This role provides Oracle HCM Cloud consulting or support services for QC customers. As part of this role, the consultant will either implement Oracle Cloud Workforce Compensation module or enhance/support the existing Oracle Cloud Workforce Compensation Solution. This role is a key role in the success of overall project delivery.
Experience
3 - 8 years of Oracle Cloud Benefits Experience
Functional Expertise (Skill Set)
- Possesses working knowledge in Core HR and Workforce Compensation
- Should have experience in implementing for least 2 – 3 US Compensation Customers
- Experience in Business Process Consulting, problem definition and solution proposals
- Experience in Configuration/Solutions evaluation/ Validation and deployment
- Experience in converting legacy data into Oracle and validation of converted data.
- Should have good hold of Compensation Plan cycle, Worksheet management activities, Compensation Statements etc.
- Knowledge of writing simple Fast Formulas would be an added advantage
- Knowledge of Compensation Standard Reports and Dashboards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, Finance or related field / B.E, B.Tech
- Experience in customer management
- Ability to solve problems and work independently
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Self-motivated and able to plan work effort and manage tasks
- Good verbal and written communication skills, ability to work with US based customers
- Good team player
Responsibilities
- Perform the following activities for QC's HCM Implementation/Support projects
- Ability to understand Business requirements and document
- Review functional design documents
- Analyze functional issues
- Troubleshoot functional issues
- Develop and configure enhancements
- Perform upgrade/patch testing, functional testing
- Manage customer expectations
- Create documentation for training and customers audit purposes
- Conduct internal training sessions
- Coach new team members
- Acquire knowledge on Oracle/Customer roadmap items
- Get updated with upcoming features and roadmap of Oracle HCM
- Proactively communicate new features, patches, known issues to customer
- Keep updated with the latest trends to be able to advise clients on the best solution for their company
