We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professional to support a range of activities related to the GSA Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) Contract.
Primary Expectations:
- Experience in proposal writing, competitive federal proposals and overall government contracting procurement.

  • Ready to learn and gain hands-on knowledge in preparing, structuring, and submitting a GSA Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) Offer from understanding solicitation requirements to pricing, compliance, and post-award management.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Communicate clearly and effectively with clients and government representatives.

  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to manage multiple clients.

Preferred Experience:
- Experienced with GSA MAS Contract modifications, new offer submissions, SIP to FCP transition, Post-Award activities, and ongoing MAS contract compliance requirements.

-Skilled in preparing technical narratives, pricing templates, CSPs, and admin documents.

  • Familiarity with GSA systems/tools: eOffer/eMod, eLibrary, GSA Advantage, SIP, CALC, eBuy, FAS Catalog Platform (FCP).

  • Knowledge of federal pricing policies, contract negotiations, basis of award tracking, and discounting strategies.
