Job Description
Supplier Outreach Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers, identify and engage with new suppliers, and ensure timely and effective communication with suppliers.

Response Tracking & Escalation Track and monitor supplier responses to requests and queries, escalate issues and concerns to relevant stakeholders in a timely manner, and ensure prompt resolution of supplier-related issues.

Documentation Assessment Review and assess supplier documentation for accuracy and completeness, verify compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards, and ensure all necessary documentation is up-to-date and readily available.

Spec System Linkage Ensure seamless integration of supplier data into the spec system, maintain accurate and up-to-date supplier information in the system, and troubleshoot any issues related to supplier data integration.

KPI (Tracking, Reporting) Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for supplier performance, generate reports on supplier performance, and provide insights for improvement.

Rituals and Routines Establish and maintain regular check-ins with suppliers, conduct regular business reviews with suppliers, and ensure compliance with company rituals and routines.

Process Improvement Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement, implement changes to improve efficiency, quality, and supplier performance, and monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of process changes.

QMS/Veeva Ensure compliance with Quality Management System (QMS) requirements, maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Veeva, and ensure seamless integration of QMS and Veeva systems.
