Our Global Procurement Centre of Excellence, set-up in Gurugram (India) aims to build a world class team that will focus on solving our global procurement challenges every day, in terms of operations as well as transformation requirements.About the roleWe are looking for a highly skilled & motivated Senior Analyst – Global Procurement to join our Global Procurement Centre of Excellence (CoE) in Gurugram. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on the process within Circle K's Procurement function, where the responsible person will drive different Procurement savings improvement initiatives using Analytics, while always collaborating with global stakeholders in a dynamic, data-driven environment.Roles and ResponsibilitiesConduct in-depth spend analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities and supplier performance improvementsBuild highly impactful and intuitive dashboards that bring the underlying data to life through insightsProvide data driven inputs for different Procurement savings initiatives and other adhoc tactical analytics support using Ignite Procurement, PowerBI and/or ExcelLeverage Procurement S2P process knowledge and Analytical skills to be the sparring partner of senior stakeholders for savings initiatives to generate actual results, constructively challenge the stakeholders and drive the projects from start to finish as and when needed with regular follow-up and prioritization of activitiesClean and organize datasets for analysis and visualization using statistical methods; verify and ensure accuracy, integrity, and consistency of dataGenerate ad-hoc analysis for leadership to deliver relevant, action-oriented, and innovative recommendationsConvert data-driven insights into action-plans for continuous process improvementCollaborate with cross-functional teams to understand procurement needs and provide analytical insightsMonitor market trends, pricing fluctuations, and supply chain risksMentor junior procurement staff and provide expertise on complex procurement issuesJob RequirementsGraduate in any discipline, having 5+ years of work experience in an analytics role related to Procurement/SourcingExcellent English communication, project management & independent stakeholder management skillsProficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Power-BI, knowledge of Ignite Procurement tools will be an added advantageProven track record of process improvement, savings generation & efficiency enhancement in Procurement operationsPreferred AttributesExperience in ERP and procurement tools (Coupa/Ariba/SAP/Ignite/Sievo) preferredExcellent knowledge of AnalyticsKnowledge of Alteryx, Python, Data EngineeringUnderstanding of Negotiation tools like eAuction, Clean Sheet Costing, TCO model, Kraljic matrix etcKnowledge of Finance and Supply chain management concepts such as Working Capital, Supply Chain FinancingAdditional QualificationsAttention to detail & a high level of accuracyTeam player with a 'can do' attitudeReady to embrace new learnings every dayStakeholders focus & adaptability to change#LI-DS1
