Key Responsibilities:

  • Edit videos for corporate training, workshops, testimonials, and digital marketing.
  • Add music, transitions, graphics, captions, and effects to enhance video impact.
  • Collaborate with our trainers, psychologists, and content creators to align visuals with messaging.
  • Organize and maintain video assets and project files.
  • Assist in basic shoot setups or virtual recordings if needed.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends in video editing and storytelling, especially in the learning and development space.

Requirements:

  • Basic proficiency in video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
  • Creative mindset with a strong eye for detail, pacing, and visual storytelling.
  • Strong willingness to learn, take feedback, and grow.
  • Good communication and time-management skills.

Nice-to-Have:

  • Familiarity with motion graphics (After Effects, Canva, etc.).
  • An interest in topics like leadership, mental well-being, and organizational development.
  • A basic portfolio (college projects or personal work are welcome).
