Rio Clays Pvt. Ltd. is looking for experienced and proactive professionals to join our team as
HR & Admin Executives
. The ideal candidates will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations along with day-to-day administrative functions, ensuring smooth workplace operations and compliance with company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
Human Resource Operations
- Handle recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, and onboarding.
- Maintain employee records and manage HR documentation.
- Coordinate performance management processes, appraisals, and employee engagement activities.
- Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, etc.) and maintain updated knowledge of labor laws.
- Address employee queries and grievances in a timely manner.
Administration Responsibilities
- Oversee office administration, housekeeping, and facility management.
- Manage vendor coordination, procurement of office supplies, and contract renewals.
- Ensure compliance with safety, security, and workplace protocols.
- Handle travel arrangements, transport facilities, and accommodation requirements.
- Support management in organizing events, training programs, and audits.
Key Skills and competences:
- Strong knowledge of HR operations, statutory compliance, and labor laws.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Problem-solving attitude with strong organizational skills.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 4 – 6 years of experience in handling both HR and Administrative responsibilities.
- Prior experience in manufacturing or industrial sector preferred.
