Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and hands-on Production & Manufacturing Lead who will be responsible for establishing and managing BRIXAT's new manufacturing division. This role is ideal for a professional with technical expertise and the ability to design, set up, and streamline manufacturing processes from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and manage the company's first manufacturing operations.

  • Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) for fabrication, assembly, and testing of automation equipment (flow meters, valves, and related systems).

  • Coordinate with design/engineering teams to translate concepts into scalable manufacturing processes.

  • Oversee vendor and supplier relationships for raw materials, components, and machining work.

  • Ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015 standards and implement best practices in quality assurance.

  • Supervise, train, and lead shop-floor technicians and workers.

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize cost, quality, and efficiency.

  • Provide regular progress updates and reports to senior management.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Instrumentation/Production Engineering (Master's preferred but not mandatory).

  • 5–8 years of experience in manufacturing/production setup, preferably in industrial automation, instrumentation, or fluid-based equipment industries.

  • Proven track record of setting up or scaling production lines.

  • Strong understanding of fabrication, machining, assembly, and testing processes.

  • Working knowledge of ISO quality standards and compliance requirements.

  • Ability to manage a team of technicians and coordinate with cross-functional departments.

  • Hands-on approach, with problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a startup/fast-growing environment.
