As a Graphic Design Manager, you are responsible for overseeing the graphic design team and ensuring the delivery of high-quality visual assets that align with the organization's branding and objectives. Key Responsibilities:

1. Team Management: Lead and manage a team of graphic designers, providing direction, feedback, and support to ensure the team's success and professional growth.
2. Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of design projects, including establishing timelines, allocating resources, and managing priorities to meet project deadlines and objectives.
3. Creative Direction: Provide creative direction and guidance to the design team, ensuring that design concepts and executions align with brand guidelines, messaging, and target audience preferences.
