  • Job Description:

Graphic Designer Kern Culture is seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our dynamic design agency. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for visual communication, a keen eye for detail, and a proven ability to translate ideas into compelling designs.

As a Graphic Designer, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing creative concepts for a variety of clients and projects, ranging from branding and marketing materials to digital and print designs.

Role and Responsibilities:

Conceptualize and create visually stunning designs for a diverse range of projects, including brand identities, logos, brochures, websites, social media graphics, and more. Collaborate with the Design Team and Design Manager to ensure seamless project execution and deliver high-quality designs.

Understand client briefs and translate them into effective visual solutions that align with their brand guidelines.

Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, techniques, and software to maintain a cutting-edge approach to design.

Present design concepts and rationale to the internal team and incorporate feedback effectively.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines efficiently. Maintain organized project files and assets, ensuring clear communication and documentation throughout the design process.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, visual communication or a related field.

Experience: 3+ years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer

Software Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design software.

Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team.

Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail, strong creative thinking skills and the ability to produce error-free work.

Time Management: Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines under pressure.

MUST HAVE:

Excellent knowledge of design software

Experience in video editing and motion graphics

Visualizer skills

Graphic design and typography experience

SHOULD HAVE:

Great turnaround time

Team Player

Punctuality

COULD HAVE:

Knowledge of web design principles and technologies

Photography or Illustration skills
