Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Chartered Accountant with a strong background in Taxation, GST Compliance, and Regulatory Compliance within the Infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex tax structures, ensuring statutory compliance, and leading financial governance for large-scale projects or corporate entities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee direct and indirect taxation matters including Income Tax, GST, TDS, etc.
    • Ensure timely GST compliance, filings, audits, and reconciliation.
    • Manage regulatory and statutory compliance across all applicable acts and laws.
    • Handle tax assessments, appeals, and litigation with relevant authorities.
    • Develop internal controls and processes to mitigate financial and compliance risks.
    • Liaise with auditors, consultants, and legal advisors on financial matters.
    • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of changes in tax laws and government regulations.
    • Provide strategic financial insights to support senior management and project heads.
    • Prepare reports, financial statements, and presentations for board meetings.

Key Requirements:

  • Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)
    • Experience preferably in Infrastructure.
    • In-depth knowledge of Indian taxation system, GST laws, and compliance requirements
    • Hands-on experience with tax assessments, audits, and regulatory reporting.
    • Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50, ₹166,000.00 per month
