Process Specialist

Overall 4-5 years of experience with min 2 years in pensions, employee benefits or pension administration
Generates benefit statements, calculations and payment details
Review reasonability and process Benefit Events, Quotes, Annuities, Distributions etc.,
Inputs data like salary history, years of service, retirement age, etc.,
Should have preferrably good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Should have sound knowledge of US laws, regulations etc.,
Should have good analytical, decision making and problem solving skills
Should be able to interpret legal and financial documents such as plan summaries and SPD (Summary plan descriptions)
Should be able to learn complex unusual or special cases
Qualifications
- 2 years of experience of Defined Benefits Manual Calculation
- Bachelor degree with a major in an analytical field required (such as but not limited to Math,
Actuarial Science, Statistics) . - Strong mathematical, technical and analytical skills along with keen attention to detail.
