About Us

SOFT7 Technology is a leading software solutions company based in Nagpur, Maharashtra, specializing in WhatsApp APIs, CRM software, business automation tools, and digital growth solutions. We are now building an advanced CRM platform fully integrated with the WhatsApp Business API and are looking for a skilled Full Stack Developer to lead the development.

Project Overview

We are developing a SaaS-based CRM platform with:

  • WhatsApp API integration for messaging, automation, and chatbot features
  • Multi-user CRM with role-based access and analytics
  • Third-party API integration for marketing tools
  • Secure payment integration for subscription-based billing
  • Responsive web UI for desktop and mobile use

Role & Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain the CRM platform with WhatsApp API integration
  • Build scalable, secure, and high-performance back-end systems
  • Develop responsive front-end using modern UI frameworks
  • Integrate WhatsApp Business API for messaging, automation, and media sharing
  • Work with databases for secure and optimized data storage
  • Implement real-time communication features (WebSocket, Socket.IO)
  • Ensure API security and compliance with WhatsApp guidelines
  • Collaborate with UI/UX designers for a seamless user experience
  • Deploy the application on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or similar)

Required Technical Skills

  • Frontend: JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, / / Angular
  • Backend: , PHP (Laravel/CodeIgniter),
  • Database: MySQL, MongoDB
  • APIs & Integrations: WhatsApp Business API, REST APIs, WebSocket
  • Other Skills: Git, Postman, Cloud Hosting (AWS/Azure/DigitalOcean), Docker (optional but preferred)
  • Security: JWT, OAuth2, SSL/TLS implementation
  • Additional Advantage: Experience in SaaS architecture, Stripe/Razorpay integration

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Full Stack Development (minimum 3 years preferred)
  • Strong understanding of CRM workflows and SaaS platforms
  • Experience with WhatsApp Business API or similar messaging APIs
  • Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills

Contract Details

  • Type: Project-Based (Estimated 3-6 months)
  • Mode: Remote / Hybrid (Nagpur preferred for occasional meetings)
  • Budget: Competitive (based on experience)
