Job Description

Tech Mahindra is hiring US International Customer Service Advisor for a voice process position for Yerawada (pune) location. If you have experience in US international customer voice service, and are looking to join a dynamic team, we want to hear from you

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer queries via voice in a professional and timely manner.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via Voice with clear communication
  • Maintain high-quality service standards with timely responses
  • Flexibility to work in US night shifts, (5 days a week, 2 Days off)
  • Education: Undergraduates, Graduates, and Postgraduates
  • Excellent communication skills in English (versant preferred)
  • 2-way cab facility
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience: 18 months+ experienced candidates can apply
  • Prior experience with US international customer voice support is mandatory.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Immediate joiners only apply.
  • Candidates must be located in pune or willing to relocate at their own expense.
  • 18 months+ experience in US voice process can apply
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
