Senior Marketing Data Scientist

As a Senior Marketing Data Scientist at Mindera, you will be responsible for leveraging data to enhance marketing strategies and drive business performance. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze customer behavior, segment audiences, and measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns. Your insights will help shape marketing initiatives and improve customer engagement.

As a Senior Data Scientist in our Marketing DSA team, you'll be working in a fast-paced and agile environment, working with large marketing budgets to drive growth at Mindera. Furthering our understanding of return on investment in a privacy-first world whilst understanding how we perform in a complex and competitive marketing landscape presents many opportunities to develop and hone new methodology whilst having a big impact on the business. You will be responsible for influencing marketing and business outcomes, have the autonomy to make things happen and must obsess about having business impact.

More specifically you will:

• Lead the development of advanced measurement frameworks for marketing
  
  performance, including Marketing Mix Modelling (MMM), incrementality
  
  testing, and geo-experimentation.
• Generate marketing insights that inform strategic and tactical decision-making
  
  across multiple channels.
• Partner with marketing, finance, and commercial teams to optimise allocation of
  
  significant budgets in a competitive marketplace.
• Innovate new approaches to measuring ROI and attribution in a privacy-
  
  conscious environment.
• Communicate complex results and recommendations to senior stakeholders in
  
  a clear, business-focused way.
• Mentor and support other data scientists and analysts in developing advanced
  
  experimentation and modelling skills.
