Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Data Scientist based in Bengaluru. The Senior Data Scientist will be responsible for designing and implementing machine learning models, conducting data analysis, and extracting insights to support decision-making processes. Daily tasks include developing data pipelines, analyzing large datasets, creating data visualizations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions with our Labour OS.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Data Science, Data Analysis, and Data Analytics
  • Strong proficiency in Statistics and Data Visualization
  • Proven experience with machine learning models and AI technologies
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work with complex datasets
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or similar tools
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Master's or Ph.D. in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Experience working in rural markets or with agricultural technology is a plus
