Administrative Support

  • Handle all forms of correspondence, including letters, emails, memos, and internal communication.
  • Prepare, organize, and maintain official records, files, and documentation.
  • Draft routine office notes, circulars, reports, and internal memos as required.

Office & Communication Management

  • Manage incoming and outgoing phone calls; schedule appointments and maintain calendars.
  • Act as a liaison between executives and staff, and provide a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate interdepartmental communication to ensure smooth workflow and information sharing.

Clerical Work

  • Perform general clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, photocopying, scanning, and document distribution.
  • Maintain office logs, registers, records, and minutes of meetings accurately and systematically.

Support to Seniors

  • Assist senior officers and department heads in routine administrative functions.
  • Prepare briefs, background notes, or reference materials as requested.
  • Follow up on pending issues, tasks, or communications on behalf of the assigned officer or department.

Confidentiality & Accuracy

  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with a high level of discretion and integrity.
  • Ensure all communications, documents, and records are accurate, consistent, and professionally presented.
