Responsible for taking care of Network Infrastructure and 24x7 network operations across all the data centres to ensure high service availability and meet business needs, service level agreements (SLAs), and customer satisfaction and service excellence.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and maintain the organization's network infrastructure to meet performance, scalability, and security requirements.
  • Ensure network availability and reliability through proactive monitoring and regular maintenance.
  • Plan and execute network upgrades and expansion projects as needed.
  • Provides technical expertise and platform leadership in areas of WAN, LAN, VoIP, WLAN, VPN and Firewall technologies.
  • Hands on Experience on Installation, implementation, Configuration, Managing and Monitoring various network and Security Products & Troubleshooting of Network Infrastructure
  • To independently resolve tickets and ensure that the agreed SLA of ticket
  • To provide support for on call escalations or L3 level support.
  • Take care of Incident, problem and Change management for Network & Security domain
  • Preparing SOP and Documentation for all activities involved in Network Operation
  • Ensure Infrastructure meets Compliance requirements and Front-end various audits, Security & Hardening - Fixing Security vulnerabilities, VAPT Fixing
  • Network Security Management and Monitoring,
  • Co-ordinate with OEMs, Vendors, Internal Stakeholders, and work with Clients for various requirements
  • Improve Infrastructure thru bringing up Solutions, identifying right products, cost effective solutions, Budgeting, and implementation, BOM preparation, Support Renewal of Various Product on time
  • Identify, measure, benchmark, analyse and perform regular reviews of capacity reports and performance metrics, e.g., service availability, ticket volume, resolution rate, time to respond, time to resolution, change volume, and customer survey results
  • Training Internal Team members on Network & Security management
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
