Job Description:
  1. Design tooling and machines for bolt tightening applications
  2. Prepare manufacturing drawings and BOMs for release
  3. Interact with customers worldwide regarding project scope of supply, concept, planning, design, and release
  4. Sound knowledge of GD&T
  5. Sheet metal and fixture design
  6. Pneumatic knowledge
Experience Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience in machine design domain
  • Design experience preferred in Automation/fixtures tooling/ special purpose machines
  • Interaction with global customers would be an added advantage
  • Sound technical knowledge and GD & T
  • Good communications skills
  • Mechanical design hands-on experience in any field
  • Preferred design experience in Fixture, SPM machines, Automation background, Sheet metal, Structures, Material handling equipment, Tools, Pneumatic, packaging machines
  • Design knowledge of Gantries, Slides manual, Slides pneumatics, Lifters
  • Preferred software background in Solid Edge, SolidWorks, AutoCAD
  • Technical guidance to team
  • Expert in project planning and execution
  • Sound technical knowledge
  • Good manufacturing and material selection knowledge
Knowledge/Educational Requirements:
  • BE Mechanical Engineering
Soft Skills Requirements:
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Good communication skills in English
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Ready to work in flexible timings to overlap customer time zone
Preferred Software:
  1. SolidWorks/Inventor
  2. Solid Edge
  3. AutoCAD
