Roles and Responsibilities Project Oversight: Monitor and supervise the day-to-day activities of the construction site to ensure work progresses according to schedule and quality standards. Coordination: Collaborate closely with the on-site construction team, including contractors, subcontractors, and workers, to facilitate smooth project execution. Timely Completion: Implement strategies to meet project timelines and milestones, identifying potential delays and taking proactive measures to address them. Quality Assurance: Ensure construction work aligns with approved plans and specifications, maintaining high-quality standards and adhering to industry best practices. Payments and Bills: Handle financial aspects of the construction site, including verifying bills, processing payments, and maintaining accurate records Supplier and Vendor Coordination: Maintain strong communication with suppliers and vendors to ensure a steady and timely supply of materials, addressing any issues or delays promptly. Desired Candidate Profile Qualifications and Experience: ● Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or any other field. ● Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role in the construction   industry. ● Daily on site accounting knowledge. ● Strong understanding of construction processes, techniques, and materials. ● Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. ● Proficiency in MS Office Suite and project management software.
