Role & responsibilities

  • Senior Automation Engineer will lead the development of automation solutions for Nokia's IT Infrastructure team, focusing on creating scalable and efficient workflows.
  • You will design and implement AI-driven agents using Azure AI Foundry and other tools, ensuring robust integration with IT systems.
  • Develop and deploy custom AI agents using Azure AI Foundry, including training and fine-tuning AI models for specific use cases.
  • Integrate AI-driven solutions with existing IT systems, ensuring compatibility and performance optimization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and define technical requirements.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of automation solutions, optimizing workflows for scalability and reliability.
  • Provide technical mentorship to team members, sharing best practices in automation and AI development.

Preferred candidate profile

  • 4 - 5+ years of experience in automation engineering, AI development, or related roles.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, or PowerShell for automation workflows.
  • Expertise in Azure AI Foundry, including model development, deployment, and optimization.
  • Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including cloud platforms (Azure, AWS), networking, and enterprise computing.
  • Experience with automation tools and frameworks, such as Ansible, Terraform or Kubernetes.
  • Hands-on experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.

Nice-To-Have:

  • Experience with DevOps practices and tools, including CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (e.g., Git).
  • Knowledge of security best practices in automation and AI implementations.
  • Experience with large language models (LLMs) and their integration into automation workflows.
