THE OPPORTUNITY

Seeking 6 exceptional Business Development Interns to spearhead our multi-city expansion. You'll meet school principals, deliver presentations, and close deals that bring mental health services to thousands of students.

This is NOT a typical internship. You'll have:

Real ownership - not just assistance

Direct client interaction - 2-3 meetings daily

Revenue responsibility - Target: 2-3 schools/month

Tangible impact - 15,000+ students served

Career acceleration % conversion to full-time

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

REQUIRED:

• Final year MBA/BBA OR recent graduate

• Excellent English + local language (Kannada/Telugu/Tamil)

• Confident presenting to senior decision-makers

• Self-motivated, can work independently

• MS Office proficient

• Driver's license OR comfortable with extensive travel

PREFERRED:

• Sales/BD/client-facing experience

• Education sector knowledge

• Mental health background/interest

• CRM experience

• Local education community connections

COMPENSATION

BASE:

• ₹20,000/month stipend

• ₹3,000/month travel allowance

• Total: ₹23,000/month guaranteed

PERFORMANCE BONUSES:

• ₹15,000 per school signed (quarterly payout)

• Potential: ₹1,80,000-2,70,000 over 6 months

FULL-TIME CONVERSION:

• Top performers → Business Development Executive

• Salary: ₹40,000-50,000/month + incentives

• Conversion bonus: ₹1,00,000

• Historical rate: 50-60% of high performers

TOTAL POTENTIAL: upto ₹ LAKHS (6 months)
